Prepare the Excel spreadsheet
- Create the spreadsheet in Excel.
- Copy the cells and page them into a Word document.
- Click on Save As > Other Formats. This opens the Save dialog. (This screen shot is from Word 2007).
- Go to the “Save As Type” popup on the bottom of the dialog and find “Web Page, Filtered (*.htm;*.html).
- Enter the name for the document and then press Save. Then close the Word document.
- Go to Web Studio.
- Click on Insert tab > Text group > Text From File command. You can also insert text from the Home and Text tabs.
